For convenience and accessibility, I am able to provide most of my services remotely. In-person and on-site services include

Whenever possible, I offer my support by attending appointments with you, whether in person or via FaceTime. I’m also available to assist with appointment preparation, and post-appointment debriefing and processing.

My work fills in the gaps of conventional care, going far beyond the standard model with an approach that values therapeutic relationships, integrative care, and holistic well-being.

Through my Doula-on-Demand offerings, I provide standalone sessions for those wanting a single, potent infusion of care, resource, and strategy.
