A protective cocoon allows for its complete disintegration and rebirth into a butterfly. Likewise, we need secure containers of care to surrender to who we are becoming.

As a care witch, I serve at the thresholds of life’s most profound transitions: reproduction, death, grief, embodiment, healing, and transformation. While we must each walk certain paths alone, strategic guidance and companionship can make the journey easier.

Through a blend of education, advocacy, embodied practice, and guided self-inquiry, my work supports personal empowerment, authenticity, and nourishing relationships . These relationships — with self and community — become the containers in which healing and transformation unfold.

I offer tailored support that centers practicality and holds space for complexity. I’ll help simplify the overwhelming information landscape, facilitate challenging conversations, and design creative approaches to care that honor your needs and values. We’ll examine your personal, social, and environmental ecosystems and adjust them to create more ease and harmony in your life. You'll gain access to curated educational materials, as well as the results of my dedicated research on your behalf. Beyond that, my role as a care witch is to guide you on a journey of embodied self-awareness, building a solid foundation of self-trust, even amid the noise of outside opinions.

As your doula and witchy companion, I will hold your journey within a container of care enriched with fierce courage, gentle wisdom, and innovative resources. Together, we will create conditions for emergence so that your transition becomes a transformation.
