  • Not at all. This session meets you exactly where you are. Whether you've never paid attention to your body's signals or you're already familiar with somatic work, we'll find the right entry point for you.

  • A sustainable strategy is one that works with your natural rhythms and resources rather than against them. Drawing from social permaculture and regenerative design principles, I look at the whole of your life—work, relationships, health, environment, values—and assess how these components can be organized to support each other.

    Instead of forcing change through willpower or micromanaging every detail, we create the conditions for harmonious flow by reducing friction between different areas of your life, increasing efficiency through smart design, and promoting interdependence so that progress in one area naturally supports growth in others.
