Lymphatic drainage massage is a very gentle yet powerful modality.  Areas with a high concentration of lymph nodes are stimulated with light pumping and shimmying movements (and sometimes dry brushing) to release blockages, encourage fluid exchange in the body, promote detoxification, and support the immune system.  Why?  Unlike the vascular system which has the heart to pump blood through the body, the lymphatic system relies upon external assistance in the form of muscular contraction and manual therapy to circulate.

New to yoga or ready to rekindle your practice?  Over the course of 8 one-hour sessions you will receive personalized instruction, guidance, and time to ask questions.  Learn at your own pace as you build a nourishing movement practice that fits your life.  We will engage in an inquiry-based practice that allows you to explore and honor your unique body while developing the experience, skills, and confidence to practice yoga at home or in group classes.

Neck, Shoulder, and Hip Relief

Stock your self-care toolkit!  Here’s your chance to receive one-on-one guidance to create a practice that addresses chronic tension or discomfort in the often-tricky areas of the neck, shoulders, and hips.  Together, we will bundle the movements that work best for you into a take-home practice of simple, actionable exercises that are easily integrated into your daily life.

Deep Focus

12 sessions

A mindful movement practice can support us through injury and structural imbalance into a rewarding relationship with our bodies.  In this 12-session series, we will give specialized attention to your area of focus with customized exercises for flexibility and strength so that you may experience more ease.
